Is Paper Curves an online store only?

Yes. Paper Curves is an online store. 

How are products shipped?

The products are shipped through courier and are delivered within 2 working days. Delays are possible if the address is incorrect or phone is not answered by the customer. 

What are the shipping charges within UAE?

We have a flat rate of AED 15 within UAE (excluding remote areas. We will notify you if your area falls under remote region.) 

What is the minimum order for Free Shipping?

All local orders above 200 are eligible for free shipping. 

What are the international shipping charges?
The international shipping charges depend on the weight, dimension and destination of the parcel. Once you place the order, we will get back to you with the shipping quotation. All international orders must be fully paid for before the dispatch of the parcel. The customer will have to bear the custom duty, if any.

Can multiple orders be shipped together?

If the customer forgets to add something in the first order, she/he can place another order with the additional items only and request for combined shipping in the comment's section if they have chosen for Cash on Delivery. We can't void the shipping charges if paid by paypal/credit card.  However, we must be informed about it over the email ( If the parcel as already been packed, then the addition may not be possible. 

Important: While paying with credit/debit car, the multiple orders and shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement. 

Stock Availability & Delivery?

All orders placed on the website are subject to availability and will be delivered as soon as possible. If you have an urgent delivery deadline, please make sure to contact to check for availability. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to notify you of the stock availability and estimated delivery times. 

How can an order be cancelled?

Customers can cancel their order by writing to, if the parcel is not shipped already. We send an email to once your order is shipped. For orders paid by paypal/credit cards, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. 

If we need to exchange the product?

If you do not like the product you have ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the items. The product should be in original packing. We do not refund but can exchange for another item. However, the costumer will have to bear to & fro shipping charges.

What is the return policy?

Please inform us if -

  • A wrong product is sent.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping. 
  • Incorrect quantity is sent. 

We accept request made within 7 days of receipt of the order. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. The faulty item will be collected by our courier. Once we have examined the item, we will exchange it or refund it. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the products have been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

"Refunds will be done only through the original Mode of Payment."

If the product description doesn't match the received item?

We endeavour to show the correct dimensions and descriptions of each product but in certain items like paper, strips etc. the color may slightly vary. Sometimes, the packaging is changed, but the product content is same. Please read the description carefully and contact us for any queries in case of confusion.
